Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will support the team in driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle. You will ensure clear communication, structured planning, and on‐time execution of all merchandising milestones. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will manage key product data and work closely with cross‐functional teams to enable efficient workflows and informed decision‐making.
Your missions will include Lead seasonal set‐up processes in relevant systems; maintain accuracy and data integrity across platforms.
Support the merchandising team with data exports and line list management.
Act as the primary point of contact for system‐related merchandising inquiries and training.
Support the merchandising team in executing assortment strategies and line architecture.
Support communication between merchandising, design, product development, planning, marketing, and sales.
Coordinate the merchandising calendar, ensuring the team works effectively and collectively towards set timelines and deliverables.
About you Degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years in merchandising operations, retail coordination, or project management.
Proficiency in Excel and data handling tools; familiarity with retail systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time‐management skills
