Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer For our Group Headquarters, we are looking for a Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer reporting to the Hardware and Design Manager. The role actively contributes to the design, verification, and validation of products by performing hardware design and verification activities in accordance with company guidelines.



The position also supports the sharing of technical know-how within the department and contributes to its continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the hardware development process for new products throughout their entire lifecycle, including requirements definition, prototype development, product qualification for mass production, and subsequent product improvements and modifications. Assess the feasibility of customer requirements in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams. Prepare and maintain hardware specifications. Design electrical and electronic hardware for prototypes in accordance with internal development processes and design standards. Define and execute prototype verification activities and laboratory testing. Support product validation and industrialization activities. Provide technical support to customers. Assist in the preparation of product operation and maintenance manuals. Support the organization and delivery of technical training
