In this role you can contribute to the profitable growth of the Terno d'Isola site and Magnera through effective process control and improvement. Coordinate and exercise technical authority over Operations to ensure high machine efficiency, productivity and quality products with low waste. Focuses on medium- and long-term process improvements, analyses energy and material efficiencies. Scopes and propose potential improvement methods and technology upgrade projects.



Leads root cause analysis for equipment failures and deviations versus target performances, formalizing reports and data trends associated with actions. Responsible for preventing equipment failures, secure RCA's for equipment failures, evaluates MTBF, MTBR, optimizes Preventive Maintenance program.
