Responsibilities Define and execute strategies that drive long‐term business growth and strengthen customer partnerships in close collaboration with business units.
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed annual bookings and growth targets while building future‐ready capabilities.
Enhance and transform sales processes, including the use of customer relationship management tools, digital solutions, and go‐to‐market strategies aligned with the Measurement Solutions value creation approach.
Own planning and performance management processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing monitoring of bookings, gross profit, operating expenses, and headcount.
Set clear goals and expectations, provide continuous feedback, and support development through structured performance and growth plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and represent Emerson in strategic commercial discussions.
Collaborate across functions and business units to maximize growth opportunities, including strategic accounts and project pursuits.




Contribute as an active member of the Italy leadership team, helping shape business strategy, talent development, and regional collaboration.
Strengthen team capability through structured learning and development initiatives.
Ensure effective governance, including delegation of authority and pricing processes.
Foster an inclusive, accountable, and psychologically safe environment that encourages engagement, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Ensure full compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and trade standards across all activities.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree qualification in engineering, business management, or a related subject area.
Demonstrated experience (minimum 10 years) leading sales teams, with a strong focus on developing people, fostering engagement, and delivering consistent performance.
