Define and operationalize long-term technology roadmaps with technologist leaders
Drive execution of strategic initiatives across design, process, and product
Track critical R&D; milestones and report progress
Monitor progress, risks, gaps, and opportunities; prepare leadership materials
Act as central coordination point across R&D;, product lines, and corporate functions
Ensure alignment between central design teams and divisions
Facilitate decision-making across distributed teams
Establish operating cadence and monitor R&D; performance indicators
Develop executive narratives and governance materials
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
Lead strategic initiatives such as site expansions and post-merger integrations
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
Provide leadership support and confidential, autonomous operations
Responsabilità Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related field
15+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D;, engineering leadership, or technology strategy
Experience leading complex programs in a global, matrix organization
Strong understanding of end-to-end semiconductor
