p pCompensation: Gross Annual Salary within the indicative range of €30,000-€40,000, depending on skills and experience /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide onshore operational support to the underwriting team /li liAct as the daily liaison between the country Underwriters, Claims Handlers, Credit Control Specialist and the Global Shared Services Organization (GSS) /li liContact the Shared Services Organization for customer/broker requests or urgent issues on behalf of the underwriting and claims teams /li liReview and field all Level 1 processing queries and requests for additional information not resolved by Underwriters or Claims Handlers (Level 0 completed by GSS teams) /li liReview and field all Level 1 QA/QC queries and respond proactively to resolve and identify root causes, feeding back continuous improvement opportunities to the team (Level 0 completed by GSS and/or QA/QC team) /li liFollow up Level 1 policy subjectivities with local brokers (e.g., phone) (Level 0 completed by GSS) /li liField and respond to all onshore MNP administrative queries and requirements from brokers, collaborating with Global LSM MNP Operations and GSS team (Local language) /li liField and respond to all onshore coinsurance administrative queries and requirements from brokers, collaborating with Global LSM MNP Operations and GSS team (Local language) /li liAssist with oversight and coordination of all local language policy issuance and/or queries, working closely with GSS teams/offshore centres (Local language) /li liHelp with calculation and understanding of any complex local taxes and duties as elevated by underwriters and/or GSS teams/offshore centres (Level 0 completed by GSS) /li liHave knowledge of local ways of working and regulations,



support local underwriters and claims handlers with processes and procedures as required /li liFull knowledge and support on questions regarding One EU processes and LSM Workflow Management System (DOT) /li liAct as local country advocate and guide ensuring adherence to One EU processes and procedures, elevating challenges, improvement opportunities and non‑compliance to management as identified /li liAct as a point of enquiry for all new users on One EU processes and procedures /li liRespond positively when data quality issues are identified within your work, and take corrective actions in a timely manner /li liCreate reports and provide statistical information from data gathered via MI Dashboard and branch reports for Country Business Operations Managers or teams as requested /li liAssist in user acceptance testing when various system changes are implemented /li liAdhere to all regulatory requirements and demonstrate behaviours as set out in the Conduct Risk Policy, including Senior Managers and Certification Regime Conduct Rules, Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest and Whistleblowing /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liOperations/underwriting assistant experience within the insurance industry /li liGood verbal and written communication skills /li liProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li liExperience working to varying and tight deadlines /li liAbility to collaborate with diverse teams and cultures /li liStrong relationship building and teamwork skills /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liAbility to work independently and take initiative /li /ul h3About Liberty Specialty Markets /h3 pLiberty Specialty is part of Global Risk Solutions and the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, offering world‑class insurance and reinsurance services.
