This position works with management to position the Company as a trusted partner for governments and gaming regulators, helping to navigate the complex landscape of gaming regulations, advocating for their interests, and promoting regulatory compliance.
Facilitates positive relationships with government and regulatory bodies, ensuring they are provided with professional, courteous and timely support and service.
Maintains records of all visits and contacts and regularly updates and maintains government and regulatory bodies information in the CRM system.
Analyses industry trends, and competitive landscapes, and identifies emerging market opportunities.
Maintains a working knowledge of common industry technical standards, including but not limited to the GLI Standards, to be prepared for meetings/speaking engagements where interaction will take place with different regulators.
Maintains a working knowledge of
