As our Senior Development Manager for Italy you’ll take the lead on one of our most exciting projects yet: Turin Ponte Mosca. From early planning and design decisions to construction, opening day, and everything in between you’ll be the driving force behind turning bold ideas into real places people love. You’ll work across architecture, design, operations, and development, connecting the dots and keeping everyone moving in the same direction. Beyond Turin, you’ll help shape what’s next for TSH in Italy, supporting new opportunities in cities like Bologna, Florence, and Rome. This is a role for someone who loves building things, solving complex puzzles, and leaving a mark on the skyline. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of our Turin Ponte Mosca project from planning through to opening day
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and project partners to keep the project moving forward
- Review designs, budgets, timelines, and construction progress with a sharp eye for quality
