The purpose of this position is to lead the team responsible for execution of design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of our systems. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and facilitate execution of operation’s management systems for improved process flow, control, and measurement.
- Work alongside the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with our existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate and advise on operation’s costing and value systems.
- Plan, communicate, facilitate, and oversee execution of expense budget.
- Participate in capital budget development and execution.
- Ability to develop and execute plans.
- Plans and coordinates the work at all levels of the site.
- Oversee the staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives.
- Recruits additional people in the staff as needed.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Provides training and mentoring as needed.
- Support and participate in selected local trade shows as required.
- Build and maintain effective team working relationships with co-workers.
**Requirements & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Over 3+ years of same role experience required. **Skills**: - Knowledge of the specific industry, customers, competitors, and product lines or Waste Water Treatment.
- Able to communicate effectively with leadership, direct report, peers and customers to execute tactics and goals.
- Working knowledge and capability to use at least one CRM system.
- Effective communication, in writing and verbally, both inside and outside the company.
- Develop effective relationships with customers and other team members.
- Capable of understanding customer needs and recommend optimum products and services.
- Independent and self-motivated to achieve business goals.
- Effective time-management skills, understand priorities and deliver on agreed goals. **Competencies**: - Proven effectiveness working along side a sales team in a similar Site Manager position.
- Good collaborator in achieving business goals.
- Good language skills, business report writing, presentation creation and delivery.
- German and English languages.
- Ability to travel as required by the business and territory (regional and/or international). **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering **EEO Statement**:
