In this role you drive growth and efficiency for Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management in Continental Europe. You will lead sales strategy, enablement, and advisor coaching to accelerate client acquisition and asset gathering, while optimizing CRM tools and AI-driven workflows. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders and cross-divisional teams to enhance productivity and client experience. The position combines strategic direction with hands‑on coaching and process optimization to scale a high-impact wealth management franchise.

- Drive regional sales strategy and growth initiatives to expand assets and market share
- Collaborate with enablement and engineering teams to optimize CRM workflows and AI-powered prospecting
- Analyze sales metrics with data teams to identify gaps and deliver actionable insights
- Coach and develop PWAs and BDPs through forums and workshops




- Manage pipeline accountability and coordinate prospecting and onboarding
- Oversee compliance, regulatory standards, and supervisory controls in sales activities
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services sales, or sales management
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and modern sales enablement technology, including AI
- European language capabilities (Italian, German and/or French)
- Proven track record of coaching high-performing sales or advisory teams
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to translate complex sales data into actionable strategies
