Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the deployment and implementation of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and methodologies
Conduct manufacturing research and development to enhance production efficiency and quality standards
Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures while evaluating and optimizing production costs




Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely delivery
Spearhead technical feasibility testing and production process improvements
