Experteer Overview In this role you lead turnkey battery storage projects for Tesla Energy across Italy, ensuring procurement, construction, and commissioning meet quality, safety, and cost objectives. You will support the sales and design phases, oversee contractor selection and management, and drive site execution from permitting to commissioning. You'll work closely with the energy team to align projects with local regulations, codes, and Tesla standards, while delivering on time and budget. This position offers the chance to shape energy storage deployments at scale within a cross‐functional, safety‐focused environment.

Appoint contractors and manage installation/commissioning
Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance on site
Coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers to meet timetables
Provide HS&E; and regulatory insight to local market conditions
Responsabilità Proven experience managing high‐value commercial/industrial electrical projects
Health and Safety management experience
HS&E; qualifications
Knowledge of local codes and regulations
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Attention to detail and clear written documentation
Professional fluency in English and Italian
