ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise day-to-day activities, manage schedules, and develop action plans to improve store performance while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.
You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, monitor inventory, payroll, and losses, uphold store cleanliness and signage, and ensure policies are followed.
