Principal Advisory Consultant – Regulatory Affairs NNIT is one of the world's leading consultancies for the past twenty years, serving the Life Science industry worldwide. We strive to enable our customers to achieve their business goals through digitalisation within Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Pharma Production and Laboratory processes. About the Role You will join our Regulatory Affairs team as a Principal Consultant and contribute to forming the strategy for growing the Regulatory Affairs business unit. You will be co‐responsible for executing this strategy through business development and thought‐leadership activities, taking lead consultant roles in client engagements, delivering Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and driving and owning sales and business development activities. On Average You Will Split Your Time 60% delivering in consultancy projects in advisor, project lead or architect roles, and acting as engagement delivery lead. 20% in business development, pre‐sales and thought‐leadership activities.
10% developing consultancy commercial offerings and related delivery methodologies and consultant training materials. 5% developing and delivering RFPs to ensure NNIT successfully engages new and additional projects. 5% coaching and mentoring consultants at all levels of the Regulatory Affairs team. Essential Requirements A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a field related to Pharmaceutical Compliance or Regulation, with significant experience in Regulatory Affairs within a pharmaceutical company or as a consultant. Other relevant academic qualifications can be considered if the candidate also has highly significant consulting and/or industry‐based experience in Regulatory Affairs within Life Sciences. Proven consulting‐based experience, ideally within a large recognised consultancy with a life sciences division or specialism.
