Overview As an Account Manager for TikTok Shop in Italy, you will own a portfolio of strategic merchants and drive growth within TikTok's unique social commerce ecosystem. You will design and execute plans across assortment, content, pricing, and campaigns, while managing revenue and GMV targets. You'll build scalable playbooks and dashboards to boost partner success and work cross-functionally to improve merchant and user experiences. This role sits at the heart of TikTok's fast-growing Italian business, offering exposure to category launches and merchant initiatives that shape the local e-commerce landscape.

Create scalable playbooks, dashboards,

Collaborate with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experience
Analyze market trends and category performance to identify growth opportunities
Lead internal projects such as category launches, merchant campaigns, and B2B initiatives
Support the development of TikTok Shop's ecosystem in Italy
