Support the management team in structure as well as driving the groups strategic priorities Prepare analyses, business cases, and recommendations to support executive decision-making Track decisions, commitments, and action items to ensure timely execution Act as a central coordination hub between group management and local leadership teams Follow up on agreed initiatives across the ~30 legal entities and ensure transparency on progress Coordinate cross-functional projects with legal, compliance, or regulatory relevance Act as a liaison between Legal, Finance, and Business teams to ensure alignment and risk mitigation Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of professional experience,



ideally in management consulting or corporate strategy First exposure to senior management or C-level stakeholders is highly desirable Strong analytical and structuring skills High execution focus and reliability in follow-through Solid project management capabilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel Fluent in English; additional language skills in Italian and/or German are a plus Willingness to travel regularly within Europe #J-18808-Ljbffr
