Experteer Overview In this project-based role, you will analyze infrastructure challenges, propose and implement solutions, and help plan long-term IT strategies. You work across environments to ensure robust, integrated systems while collaborating with architects, technicians and PMs. The position offers variety, growth, and visible impact as clients repeatedly request your expertise. You'll be involved from earlySolution shaping to delivery, balancing client expectations with technical feasibility.

Responsabilità Deep expertise in Mainframe technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics)
Enterprise IT application experience
Hands‐on experience in at least two of: z/OS, DB2 z/OS, CICS, RACF, VTAM, Storage and Data Management on MF
In‐depth knowledge of z/OS Operating Systems
Experience driving engineering solutions across teams
Strong planning, goal‐oriented execution and problem‐solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication
Strong process‐improvement experience
