We're looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Milan. At Marionnaud, we know that great customer experience starts long before the customer enters the store — it starts with having the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead this critical mission and play a central role in connecting commercial ambition with operational excellence. This is not just a planning role. You will be responsible for driving demand planning, stock optimization and service level performance, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital — while leading a team and shaping the way we operate. You will sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and execution.
What you will do
Lead and continuously improve the demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts and strong decision‐making
Own inventory strategy and stock optimization, balancing availability and cost efficiency
Manage and develop a team, ensuring focus, performance, and capability growth
Monitor and improve service levels in stores (OSA) and overall product availability
Drive action
