Identify and monitor the performance (topline growth, profitability) of the ONE Hitachi solution portfolio for eMobility across all concerned Business Units in all sectors (CI, DSS, Energy, Mobility). Measure and monitor the solution portfolio performance (growth, profitability) on a periodic basis (eg. Liaise with R&D; and Business Incubation groups to link shorter‐term development made by Business Units with longer‐term potential of new technologies and business model innovation. Experience with cross‐functional and cross‐Business Units project teams, ability to making and giving presentations is also essential for this key position.
Excellent oral communication/ presentation skills to senior management and advanced skills with PowerPoint. Comfortable interacting with senior leaders to provide both support and input for their initiatives and have high ethical standards, highly trustworthy and high ethics. Quick to react to urgent requests, relying on self‐drive and motivation and establishing networks across the organization to deliver analysis/information in a high‐quality manner. Proven product management and technology strategy skills, ability to act as the interface between customers and business operations. Solid influencing, communication and networking skills matured in an international and multi‐cultural environment.
