ppOptify Search are currently partnered with a leading global manufacturer of specialty ingredients, who are looking to hire a Technical Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of their specialty chemicals and personal care portfolio across Europe. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive commercial growth across key strategic accounts, developing long-term partnerships and expanding market share /liliBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the business as a trusted partner in binnovation and formulation development /b /liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities through consultative engagement around bmarket trends, product performance, and customer needs /b /liliWork cross-functionally with internal teams including bRD, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain /b to deliver successful projects and aligned account strategies /liliSupport customers on btechnical discussions related to formulations and ingredient applications /b /liliRepresent the business at bindustry events, trade shows, and technical seminars /b to enhance market presence /liliMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning to support sustainable growth /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibScientific Background: /b Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry,
