In this role you guide two agile teams to deliver high-quality products by applying Scrum and scaled agile practices. You’ll foster continuous improvement, coach team dynamics, and collaborate closely with Product Owners to clarify goals. The position supports a hybrid work model across multiple European locations, emphasizing people development and value delivery to customers. You will be part of a culture that aims to run what runs the world through agile empowerment and cross-functional collaboration.

- Ensure understanding and adherence to Scrum and scaled agile methods
- Elevate team performance by identifying strengths and improvement areas
- Facilitate team-level Scrum events (planning, daily, review, retrospective)

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree or higher (fields vary)
- u003e2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Motivation to work in an Agile, dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to earn trust while challenging teams xysqume to improve
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Ability to foster positive team dynamics and collaboration
- Risk management and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English as working languages
- Nice to have: manufacturing industry background with hardware/equipment development
- Nice to have: certifications: CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, ICAgile-ATF, ICAgile-ACC
