Our ambition is to help build a more responsible, supportive and inclusive world for our employees and clients. We are currently seeking a C&Q; / CSV Manager to join our growing team in Aprilia. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning and qualification / CSV within pharmaceutical sector. Strong understanding of key regulatory standards (e.g. not limited to FDA, EMA) and guidelines related to C&Q;/CSV activities. Proven experience in leading C&Q;/CSV projects from initiation through to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be a point of reference for the expansion of the C&Q; / CSV division Be able to find new business opportunities Lead and manage C&Q; / CSV activities for projects,



ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Develop and execute commissioning and qualification plans, protocols, and reports. Supervise, train, and mentor junior C&Q;/ CSV team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Next Steps Someone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview. If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge. In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client. If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
