You'll work on the areas that decide whether an early-stage startup makes it: investment, business development, and sales.

In practice, you'll handle:
Investment — you'll support our fundraising: investor research, preparing materials, managing the data room and all the follow-up needed to close a round.
Business Development — you'll identify and activate partnerships and strategic channels to accelerate growth and reach more qualified partners.
Sales — you'll help build the commercial pipeline, work the opportunities and turn interest into live pilot projects.
In the same week you might analyze a new market, prepare a meeting with a multinational, or walk a customer through to an installation. You'll see from the inside how a company gets built from zero, and leave your mark on it.
You'll also be working alongside a team building an autonomous AI trader for the energy market.
The stock market runs on forecasting algorithms that operate in milliseconds. The energy market has very similar dynamics: the same volatility, the same forecasting challenges,
and the same opportunity to create value by being faster and smarter than the other players. Prices move every few minutes, in Europe and in the United States alike.
There's one fundamental difference, though: when financial trading goes down, money is lost. When energy trading goes down, millions of people can lose electricity. That's the gap we're helping to close at Solship.

Italian at C2 level and English at C1 or above: you'll be running sales calls and negotiations in both languages
You're highly autonomous and able to make decisions on your own judgment from day one
You can build prototypes using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
Talking to people comes naturally to you: the role demands excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills
You'd be the ideal person if we were the ones having to run to keep up with you, and not the other way around.
