We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Advisory - Building Consultant. Your responsibilities will include feasibility checks and analysis, utilizing a combination of documentation analysis and site visits. Document analysis: Verification of authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation.
Site visits to verify the condition of the properties, identify defects and deviations, and assess the costs required for compliance (Capital Expenditure Plan estimation).
Analysis of the property's maintenance status through site visits.
Tenancy analysis and lease contracts.




Support to the client during negotiation phases and drafting of purchase agreements in coordination with involved legal, tax, and environmental advisors.
Analysis of real estate development progress.
Verification of project and building quality and timelines.
Analysis of construction contracts and incurred costs.
A Bachelor's and master's degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Excellent Italian and English language proficiency (B2/C1, written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of drawing and design software (AutoCAD).
Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
The annual salary range for this position is €30,000 - €39,400, paid out monthly. Employees are also eligible for a discretionary premio on an annual basis.
