Overview As SAP BI Technical Lead, you drive planning, delivery, and enhancement of business intelligence initiatives. You will lead an international team to align BI solutions with customer needs and company strategy, balancing technology options, costs, and impact on data systems. You'll ensure SAP BI and related platforms run smoothly while shaping annual system plans and project priorities. This is a chance to influence digital transformation in a global, diverse environment.
Responsibilities Lead an international team of 4–5 engineers and analysts
Contribute to annual business application system plans and set project priorities
Assess project viability, provide status updates, and recommend strategies to meet customer needs
Facilitate performance feedback and succession planning within the team




Ensure the BI system remains up and running smoothly
Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor in Computer Science (or related discipline)
Experience with SAP BW on Hana Architecture and Developments, Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, AI & Automation, Business Objects and Power BI
Knowledge of ERP and distributed systems
