Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join Hines Italy's Finance team in Milan.
The role will be responsible for overseeing management control activities across a portfolio of 6 Student Housing assets and 3 Built-to-Rent (BTR) properties, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, and contributing to budgeting and business planning processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, property managers, accounting advisors and senior management to monitor financial performance,



analyze operational trends and support the growth of Hines' Living platform in Italy.
- Coordinate management control activities across a portfolio of 6 Student Housing assets and 3 BTR properties;
- Prepare, review monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packages;
- Monitor operational and financial KPIs, identifying trends, variances and opportunities for performance improvement;
- Ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of financial information across all operating assets;
- Coordinate and supervise relationships with external accounting consultants and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and financial information;
- Liaise with property managers, operational teams and accounting advisors to validate, reconcile and analyze financial data;
