Then come work with us and be part of MSC’s family! /ph3Data ScientistEngineer /h3pWe are looking for a Data Scientist and Engineer to join our RD team and contribute to the design and development of advanced event-driven pipelines while contributing to complex analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning solutions built on real-time data. The ideal candidate combines proven experience in designing extraction-transformation-loading flows on Microsoft Fabric with solid experience in mathematical modelling using Python libraries, translating complex business requirements into scalable data pipelines,
analytical models and meaningful visualizations. /ppThe role involves close collaboration with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Domain Experts to develop reliable, maintainable, and efficient end-user applications. You will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment, ensuring code quality, performance, and continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop near real-time, event-driven data pipelines on Microsoft Fabric leveraging Eventstream, Eventhouse and Lakehouse components. /liliDevelop serverless services using Azure Functions and handle event ingestion through Event Hubs. /liliImplement data transformation using PySpark, Pandas, and Polars. /liliAnalyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, anomalies and business insights through statistical analysis and mathematical modelling. /liliDevelop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Vega-Altair, Plotly or similar frameworks. /liliCooperate with Software Engineers and Data Scientists in the team for end-to-end solutions. /liliParticipate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous integration activities. /liliContribute to the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science and Engineering, Mathematics for Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field. /liliStrong programming skills in Python. /liliExperience designing data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Microsoft Fabric or equivalent cloud-based data platforms. /liliExperience in the simulation and modelling of complex systems through machine learning, applied statistics or optimization algorithms. /liliFamiliarity with SQL databases, No-SQL and hybrid data storage solutions /liliUnderstanding of algorithms, data structures, computational complexity,
