ppProductLife Group is looking for abProposal Strategic Solutions Engineer /b to join our dynamic team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub. /ppThe incumbent should be a Technical professional with proven experience in technical and commercial activities, including engineering procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing coordination. /ppResponsible for the integrated development of engineering proposals and the coordination of procurement activities and external design partners across both the tendering and project execution phases. /ppActs as the central point of reference for technical scope definition, supply chain engagement, and subcontractor management, ensuring consistency and control from the initial enquiry through to project delivery. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProject Management and coordination of engineering activities /liliConceptual Design and design coordination /liliBuilding construction and technical oversight /liliManagement of timelines, costs, and resources /liliCoordination of internal teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders /liliMonitoring project progress, risks, and issues resolution /liliManagement of contracts, procurement processes, and project documentation /liliVendor management and strategic sourcing activities /liliPreparation and development of technical and commercial proposals /liliMaintenance of reusable technical content, reference cases, and standard templates. /liliScouting and evaluation of new engineering projects opportunities /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulliEngineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process, Industrial) /liliMinimum 5+ years of experience /liliProven experience in technical and commercial activities, including engineering procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing coordination. /liliFamiliarity with procurement processes, subcontract management,



vendor evaluation and contract delivery models. /liliExperience in analyzing and interpreting client specifications, functional requirements, and tender documentation. /liliAbility to define the technical scope of the proposed solution in collaboration with internal engineers. /liliMaintaining vendor and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle. /liliDesign coordination and project execution /liliBuilding construction/validation /liliProven experience in managing construction or works projects /liliExperience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting /liliHands-on experience with site supervision and contractor coordination /liliExperience in contract administration and procurement /liliExperience working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders /liliTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budget /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliPharmaceutical Building Construction, engineering systems and site operations. /liliHVAC systems design /liliConstruction project planning and scheduling /liliWork site management /liliSite and contractor management /liliProject management /liliBudgeting, cost control, and financial reporting /liliKnowledge of construction methods and materials /liliHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance /li /ulh3Additional Skills/Experience /h3ulliExperience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated environments /liliValidation of HVAC system /liliExperience in tendering, technical proposal preparation, and bid coordination /liliFamiliarity with international projects and multicultural environments /liliStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skills /liliAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities /liliRisk assessment and problem-solving skills /liliProficiency in project management and reporting tools /liliAvailability for site visits and occasional travel /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
