Responsibilities
Collaboration in the management of short‐term variable incentive plans (MBO) (target assignment, campaign progress monitoring, payout calculation)
Operational support for long‐term incentive plans (LTI), both cash and equity
Support in the management and implementation of the Salary Review process




Support in managing benefits and interacting with payroll
Support in the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive
Updating and maintaining HR tools (Success Factor, database, Excel reporting)
Support in managing job grading processes
Preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Master's in Economics or Statistics
Technical Skills
Understanding of the main Total Reward processes
Salary review cycle
MBO and incentive systems
Compensation benchmarks
Job weighting
Flexible benefits and corporate welfare
Other Skills
Ability to analyze HR data and create reports
Advanced use of Excel and HRIS tools
Very good knowledge of the English language
