OverviewIn this role you partner with the business to align IT services with business needs, acting as service owner for local legacy apps and site point of contact for core IT projects. You will enforce group standards, drive continuous improvement, and promote a Schneider Digital culture focused on standardization and simplification. You'll support digital transformation programs, manage service levels, and ensure smooth transitions to live environments while communicating effectively with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as service owner for local legacy applications and site contact for core IT services and projectsEnforce group standards and ensure IT service continuity and coverage of business needsDefine, manage,
and improve IT processes; provide leadership with focus on operations and service deliveryPromote adoption of Group solutions and contribute to standardization and simplification of IT landscapeBuild strong stakeholder relationships and optimize use of local IT resources and vendorsDeliver service excellence with continuous improvement and SLA/OLA adherenceEscalate incidents as initial point of contact and keep stakeholders informedCoordinate with IT teams on outages/changes and communicate impact to businessSupport digital transformation programs and ensure smooth transitions to live environmentEnsure compliance with Change Management and Audit requirements; support IT/Business Continuity PlansIdentify and mitigate risks that affect IT service qualityPromote adoption of Schneider Digital services within the country to maximize usageUnderstanding of how IT components support businessExperience in application support and operations; knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, network, protocols, clients, printers)Knowledge of risk management in IT contextStrong communication skills and ability to report progressResults-driven, organized, and proactiveAbility to understand end-user perspective and support business needsStrategic, tactical, a
