Experteer Overview Senior Project Engineer at Henkel Adhesive Technologies leads and delivers strategic investment projects across Europe, with a focus on Casarile, Italy. You drive technical excellence, safety, and sustainability through the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet time and budget goals. You collaborate with experts to secure best-in-class technical solutions and share lessons learned across sites. This role blends engineering leadership with strategic investment delivery in a global, innovation-led environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time and on budget in line with Henkel PM framework
- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of projects across Europe (Casarile, Italy)
- Drive all project phases from feasibility to hand‑over and closure, including lessons learned
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as appropriate
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams for alignment and transparency
- Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists for best‑in‑class solutions




- Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably CAPEX projects in process industries
- Strong project management skills with relevant tools and methodologies
- High self‑motivation, autonomy, and flexibility xysqume in a dynamic international environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across Europe
