We are looking for a Technical Maintenance Professional to manage and maintain the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical systems across our hotel properties.Responsibilitiesare responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measurescheck regularly the technical facilities of the hotelcoordinate all external facility management service providerscarry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotelwork closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping teamsupervise all regular maintenance and expert inspections of the technical and safety-related equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Managerare responsible for buying the necessary materials in consultation with the Hotel ManagerQualificationsa training in the field of HVAC and/or electricalseveral years of professional experience in a comparable positiongained experience in leading/coordinating external service providersgood general technical knowledge and skills (e.G. painting, electrical, plumbing)presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to youwilling to work weekends from time to time and, if necessary, take on a late shiftspeaking fluent Italian and can communicate well in EnglishBenefitsyour style, your smile, your ideas – bring your personality to work.
