Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Performance & Quality senior specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Milano. Together, we work on process & quality in Supply Chain team.
About Your Future Role

- Monitor the quality of all activities within the logistics service supply chain, both internally and through 3PLs and service providers;
- Implement and monitor all KPI reporting and control tools related to processes managed by the logistics outsourcer;
- Calculate and issue penalties for non‑compliance with SLAs;
- Share results with all internal stakeholders and suppliers, collaborating on continuous performance and quality improvement by establishing continuous improvement plans;
- Understand the needs and requirements of our customers, as well as the characteristics of products and services, to implement process changes that positively impact the customer experience;
- Coordinate and be responsible for the quality control process of products and services within the operational chain,
implementing changes and improvements to improve quality and studying prevention models to contribute to continuous improvement and operational effectiveness;
- Manage cost control and inventory assessment, monitoring industry metrics.

Essential Qualifications

- Experience in managing quality control processes for products and/or services;
- Extensive knowledge of economic/performance control procedures, quality measurement and relevant standards;
- Strong mathematical skills and working knowledge of statistical methods, reporting and data analysis;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

- Experience in the electronics logistics industry;
- Experience with AI tools
