ph3The role /h3 pYou are the single point of accountability for internal IT and the workplace as we scale from 200 to 300+ people across 4+ countries. You own device lifecycle, access, company software, and the technical experience of all-hands and internal events. You build the foundations (IdP, MDM, inventory, processes) and make them scale with growth. /p pWe are looking for a builder: someone who has already set up or structured IT ops in a growing company, not only operated a mature stack. /p h3What you will do /h3 pbFoundations (first months) /b /p ul liSelect and set up an IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management /li liBuild a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle /li liPut onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant) /li liDefine the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow /li /ul pbIT Operations Support /b /p ul liPoint of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) in Milan /li liRemote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin /li liSLAs and a reusable internal knowledge base /li /ul pbOnboarding / Offboarding access /b /p ul liDevices and access ready for every new hire's day one, across all countries /li liTracked account provisioning and deprovisioning /li liAsset inventory and lifecycle (purchase, assignment, reassignment, decommissioning) /li /ul pbSaaS Vendor Management /b /p ul liOwnership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats /li liManage IT vendors (hardware and software procurement), tracking performance and spend /li liMulti-country hardware logistics: shipping, customs, VAT,
