SYSTRA is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to coordinate and finalize technical and economic proposals for tenders at national and international levels. You will lead the proposal lifecycle, collaborate with project managers and technical experts, and shape competitive offers within the Tender Department.
You will impact wins and client satisfaction by ensuring rigorous, high‐quality submissions and cross‐functional collaboration across large transport initiatives.
