pstronguPOSITION SUMMARY /u /strong: /ppThe Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and following up on tenders and bids. This role ensures compliance with the company's guidelines and external requirements while maximizing opportunities to win new business and maintain existing contracts. /ppbr / /ppstronguPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES /u /strong: Description of major duties and responsibilities of the role. /ppbr / /pulliRecommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; br / recognizes new businessopportunities. /liliDetermines validity of warranty claims. /liliInteracts with customers, company sales and/or customer service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. /liliResponds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules. /liliHandles requests for additional company materials. /liliPerform sales analyses and reports within the scope of the activity; br / includes the preparation of revenue analyses also with regard to specified file formats from the customers /liliMaintains records of product pricing. /liliPreparation and processing of offers and tenders in coordination with the sales management /liliStructuring and/or administrating contractual documents that establishes business relationships with customers or government bodies. /liliSupports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
