In this role you will own and optimize the Adobe Experience Manager platform (Sites and DAM), driving seamless digital experiences and governance. You will work with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and technical specs. You will shape AEM capabilities, support integrations, and monitor KPIs to continuously improve usability and impact. This role offers the chance to influence digital solutions from ideation through deployment, within a collaborative, transformation-focused environment.

- Manage and optimize AEM platform functionalities (Sites and DAM) to ensure performance and governance
- Collaborate with product owners, content creators, developers, UX, and stakeholders to align digital solutions with business goals
- Translate customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead cross‑functional IT requirements efforts
- Develop and manage AEM workflows, metadata schemas, templates, and asset migration strategies
- Support platform integrations with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Workfront
- Govern metadata, taxonomy, and governance for AEM DAM and Sites; ensure proper asset structure
- Define KPIs, oversee testing, and propose enhancements to improve usability and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with IT to minimize disruptionsProvide training, documentation,
and user support for effective AEM adoption
- Analyze existing AEM applications and groom backlog with IT, aligning with release schedules
- Coordinate AEM service pack upgrades and bridge business with technical stakeholders
- Document requirements clearly via user stories and use cases; define UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate release communications among business, IT, and platform owners
Responsabilità
- 10+ years in Business, Analytics, or Digital Product Management with project/program management experience
- Proven expertise with AEM (Sites and DAM), including metadata standards, taxonomy, and workflows
- Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot xysqume platform issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams
- Experience with DevOps practices
- AEM development and customization experience (templates, components, workflows)
- Background in training and change management for platform adoption
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java; knowledge of Adobe product integrations (Analytics, Target)
- Ability to travel up to 10%
