**We are looking for a creative and lateral thinker with a passion for digital projects and who is focused on analyzing and interpreting website data to optimize performance and drive business growth. The objective of the internship will be to train a resource capable of managing the company's digital properties, with a focus on the HCP portal, coordinating the creation and communication of excellent content. **The person will be involved in the following activities**: - ** Support the Omnichannel Transformation Leads** in defining the best omnichannel approach in line with the brand objectives
- Drive **digital initiatives**, leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Track **website performance**, monitor user behavior, identify KPIs and create custom reports and dashboards
- Constantly evaluate best practices, internal and external to the sector, to formulate proposals that can break the mold and support our brands in digital transformation
- Support all brand teams with **digital content,** ensuring it is always up to date and consistent with the global digital strategy
- Ensure consistent **customer experience** across all touchpoints, with a specific focus on the website **Requirements**:
- University degree in **Economics, Marketing or a related fields**: - Mastery of **MS Office **and solid **understanding of numbers**: - ** Analytical skills **with the ability to** interpret data and insights** to drive strategic decision-making on website strategy
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools, such as **Google Analytics**: - Fluent in **English**, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- ** Communication skills** with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and **Organizational skills**: - Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for editorial planning and project management (e.g., CMS, project management platforms, etc.).will be considerate as a plus We offer an internship lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
