Our platform is a hub for car dealers and private sellers to showcase their inventory and for buyers to find their next cars. **Looking for a full-time employee (M/F/x) in Padua** Key Responsibilities: - Develop a yearly schedule of b2b activities
- Conduct industry-related studies and research to produce compelling content to be used in B2B communication.
- End-2-end responsibility of in person and digital events, as detailed here after: - Plan and execute participation in automotive trade events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and attendees.
- Organize and participate in incentive events aimed at strengthening relationships with car dealers.
- Create innovative in-person and digital event strategies to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms. **Requirements**: - 3-5 years of experience in marketing, focusing on both digital and in-person event management, preferably within the automotive industry.




- Proven track record of creating and managing a successful event strategy.
- Strong content production skills, with the ability to generate engaging material for a variety of audiences.
- Proficient in social media management and PR to amplify event reach and impact.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
