Experteer Overview

As Project Coordinator Data Center, you will steer hyperscale data center projects for global customers from Italy, ensuring aligned planning, execution, and governance. You will work closely with Rolls‑Royce and customer teams to coordinate activities, manage risks, and oversee budgets and documentation. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, project management, and commercial awareness in a multinational setting. You will contribute to the energy transition by enabling reliable, scalable data center solutions and smooth handovers post‑commissioning.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Serve as the local focal point for project teams, customers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources to ensure objective achievement and raise risks or issues to the Project Manager.
- Support cost management, including invoices, purchase orders, and monthly budgeting.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and upload materials to customer portals.




- Prepare regular status reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project operations and track task progress.
- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
- Participate in meetings and facilitate effective cross‑stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate onboarding of the service department and structured handover after commissioning.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 5 years in the technical sector, preferably with site work.
- Technical knowledge of complex generator set systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent English and Italian; German a plus.
