To support the continued growth of our Milan studio, RBA is seeking an Assistant Architect to join our team and work on complex development projects in Italy and across Europe, with a specific focus on data centres and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Architect across all project phases, from concept design to detailed construction documentation, contributing to design development that ensures architectural quality and continuous dialogue with clients and local authorities.
- Collaborate on the technical development of the project, ensuring full compliance with Italian building codes, zoning regulations,



and planning urban laws.
- Assist the Project Architect in preparing comprehensive documentation (architectural drawings, reports, bills of quantities, technical specifications) for project milestones, public authority submissions, and potential tender participations.
- Actively and effectively support coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, municipal technical offices, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
- Support the identification and resolution of any design and technical issues arising throughout the project’s development.
- Ensure architectural quality, technical accuracy, and strict adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and client requirements.
