Job Summary
Drive growth in Processing Services within the Ice Cream business by identifying and converting new opportunities, while delivering high-quality technical support.
In this role, you will independently install and commission Tetra Pak equipment, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide impactful customer training. You will troubleshoot complex issues with a structured approach, continuously optimize equipment performance, and build strong customer relationships, while also acting as a coach to support the development of fellow engineers.
This is a permanent role based in Monza, Italy and requires up to 80-90% travel of the time in Italy.
What you will do




Identify and convert opportunities into sales to expand the Processing Services Ice Cream business.
Assess current installed based and convey opportunities to customers in collaboration with Market Operations.
Execute installation, commissioning and performance validation for Capital.
Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process.
Act as lead engineer for L1 & L2 Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process.
Lead, plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with the agreed scope of delivery.
Reinstate equipment/lines into production according to agreed service targets.
Execute analysis, restore basic conditions or troubleshoot to resolve mechanical, electro-mechanical and automation issues (including HW, SW, Network), with Remote Support if needed.
