ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs the LVS Solutions Integration Lead, you act as the global technical expert for Low Voltage System solutions and oversee integration across skids, enclosures, and e‑houses. You will drive the LVS CoE competency, standardize offerings, and manage technical interfaces with suppliers to support global projects. You’ll coordinate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to secure opportunities, while guiding risk assessments and technical decisions. This role blends global collaboration with hands‑on systems integration to shape scalable, standards‑based LVS solutions. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliLead the LVS solutions engineering CoE to optimize processes, training, and best practices /liliDrive global standardization of LVS offerings for international customers /liliStandardize and monitor interfaces with global suppliers and third‑party partners /liliContribute to solutions risk management and perform technical risk assessments /liliParticipate in critical technical discussions and support strategic decisions /liliOversee onboarding lifecycle from offer to start date and first‑day readiness /liliProvide technical consultation to sales/marketing to secure market opportunities /liliEngage with global customers as the primary LVS technical contact /liliSupport tendering and engineering in evaluating complex customer requirements /liliCollaborate with marketing/sales to gather market and competitor intelligence /liliCoordinate with LVS Data Center Team and factory engineering to align standards /liliFoster cross‑organizational collaboration within ABB and liaise with external suppliers /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering /lili10 years of experience in a similar field /liliExcellent English communication skills /liliExpertise in switchgear products, standardization, and IEC standards /liliProficiency in GDT and sheet metal structural design /liliExperience in e‑house or skid design /liliRisk management capabilities /liliAbility to influence without direct authority /liliExperience with busduct and UPS systems; knowledge of electrical system analysis is a plus /liliProficiency in additional foreign languages (desirable) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
