Experteer Overview

In this role you drive planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements for availability solutions. You work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize data protection and monitoring solutions. You will guide projects, transfer knowledge onsite, and help align solutions with client goals, enabling reliable, scalable data and AI operations. Located in Rome, you combine remote work with onsite client visits to deliver impact at scale. This is a client‑facing, technically deep role with a focus on governance, security, and continuity.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Contribute to proposals and statements of work
- Support delivery, implementation, and consulting for Veeam solutions
- Provide overall project guidance including plans, schedules, and communications
- Assist with solution assessment, design, and post‑installation issues
- Estimate effort for solution implementation




- Create technical white papers, guides, and best practices
- Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and document configurations
- Analyze environments to optimize Veeam configurations
- Facilitate client–support communications and identify additional needs
- Suggest process and documentation improvements
- Overnight travel to meet company goals

Responsabilità xysqume
- VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent
- Prince2, ITIL, PMP or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in technology
- Hands‑on experience with Veeam Core products
- Proven consulting and project management experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V)
- Experience with storage and networking technologies
