Experteer Overview

In this role you ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable operations across international sites within Datalogic’s Global Facility Management team. You will manage facilities in EMEA and ROW, collaborating with Plant Managers, HSE, and ITC to maintain workplace functionality and regulatory compliance. You lead contract and vendor activities, drive cost optimization, and implement energy-efficient initiatives at scale. This position offers exposure to global projects, openings, renovations, and continuous process improvement. You will travel internationally to support sites and initiatives, contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Coordinate facility management for global sites (maintenance, utilities, general services) in EMEA and ROW
- Manage local supplier contracts: drafting, SLA/KPI monitoring, renewals, adjustments
- Optimize operational performance and cost control of facilities
- Collaborate with Plant Managers, HSE, and ITC teams to ensure workplace functionality




- Ensure compliance with building, energy, environmental, and safety regulations
- Support openings, renovations, or closures of international facilities
- Prepare periodic reports on activities, investments, and system status
- Drive innovative, sustainable energy-efficiency initiatives

Responsabilità
- Knowledge of facility management and real estate operations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity xysqume with FM tools (Siemens Desigo, Archibus), AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Results-oriented: Focused on achieving short- and long-term goals
