Are you a dynamic and energetic student looking for a new adventure? Are you highly motivated to be part of our HR Team? We are looking for you! Based in our Headquarter in** Carpi, Modena (Italy)** we would like to include an **HR Training Intern** that will strengthen the **Talent Acquisition and People Development Team** to support the growth of our brand. This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a **6-month experience** and to be part of our Team. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support the development of training materials, including presentations and handouts.
- Support the organization and the logistics for training workshops and manage participant registrations (if needed).
- Assisting with the analysis of the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and participant feedback.
- Maintain training records and update training materials as needed. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Economics Background, Human Resources or similar background.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of Office.
- Precise and accurate.
- Empathic.
- Determined.
- Results oriented.
