Since b2018 /b, bagap2 Italia /b has been supporting clients throughout Italy across the following sectors: bEnergy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction /b. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE – Project Contract Administrator /h3 pFor an important international Oil Gas project, we are looking for an experienced Project Contract Administrator to support the contractual management of large-scale EPC/EPCIC projects throughout the execution phase. /p pReporting directly to the Project General Manager / Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring and governance of all project-related contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, effective change management and claims prevention while acting as the key interface between the project team, contractors, legal, procurement and the client. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Contract Administration /h3 ul liAdminister and monitor EPC, EPCIC, consultancy and service contracts throughout the project life /li licycle. Ensure contractors comply with contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables. /li liMaintain complete contract files, registers and contractual correspondence. /li liReview and validate contractual notices, variation orders and change requests. /li liMonitor contractual compliance and identify potential contractual risks. /li /ul h3Change Management /h3 ul liEvaluate contractor change requests, including schedule and cost impacts, in coordination with Project Controls, Engineering and Planning teams. /li liPrepare and manage Change Orders in accordance with project governance procedures. /li liMaintain the project Change Register and monitor the impact of variations on project execution. /li liIdentify, assess and mitigate potential contractor claims. /li liSupport the negotiation and resolution of contractual claims and disputes together with Legal and Commercial teams.
/li liPrepare contractual documentation supporting claims defense and maintain complete claims records. /li liDraft, review and issue contractual letters, notifications and formal communications. /li liEnsure timely responses to contractor correspondence in accordance with contractual requirements. /li liSupport Project Management in managing all contractual communications with clients and contractors. /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare periodic reports covering contract status, change orders, claims, contractual risks, key contractual issues. /li liContribute to monthly project progress reports. /li liMonitor and report contractual performance KPIs. /li /ul h3Coordination Compliance /h3 ul liCollaborate with Procurement, Project Controls, Cost Control, Planning and Legal departments to ensure contractual consistency. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate policies, contractual procedures and project-specific requirements. /li liProvide contractual guidance to project stakeholders. /li liSupport internal and external audits and ensure proper archiving of contractual documentation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in: /li liLaw; /li liQuantity Surveying; /li liBusiness Administration; /li lior a related discipline. /li lib7–12 years of experience /b in Contract Administration within the bOil Gas /b industry. /li liProven experience on large-scale bEPC/EPCIC /b projects. /li liStrong knowledge of: /li liFIDIC Contracts; /li liBespoke EPC Contracts; /li liGood understanding of Project Controls, including: /li liCost Control; /li liPlanning; /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office and Contract Management software.
