Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead the Controlling function for Louis Vuitton's Industrial Accessories Division, owning planning, reporting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions. You partner with heads of operations to translate data into actionable insights and define key KPIs across the industrial unit. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, close, and management reporting, while driving digitalization of controlling processes. translating data into decisionsDefine and monitor key operational and financial KPIs and ensure cross-functional understandingMonitor collection development costs and provide financial visibility across creative-production processOversee fixed and variable cost control, capex and stock/obsolescence analysesChampion information systems improvement to support controlling and drive process digitalizationParticipate in long-term industrial strategy (3-5 years) from a financial perspectiveDefine and implement new controlling policies aligned with Group standardsLead the Milan/Fiesso finance interface with Paris Headquarters and CFO's DivisionResponsabilitàDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalentAt least 10 years of experience in industrial management controlProven experience in team management and developmentBackground in luxury, fashion, or high-end manufacturing preferredAdvanced SAP (CO/FI) proficiency and reporting toolsStrong data analysis capabilities and familiarity with BI toolsSolid knowledge of industrial accounting
