What you’ll do

-

- Own and drive workplace and facilities operations across OverIT sites in Italy, coordinating with international offices (UK, US)

- Own and manage workplace‑related budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and financial control

- Manage vendor relationships end‑to‑end, including scouting, selection, contract negotiation and renewal, and performance monitoring

- Plan and execute internal events and company initiatives, ensuring high quality and strong impact on employee engagement

- Partner closely with HR to support onboarding and enhance the overall employee experience from a workplace perspective





- Continuously improve workplace processes and operations through structured analysis and pragmatic, solution‑oriented actions

What you’ll need

-

- 3+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, operations, event management, or similar roles

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions

- Solid experience in vendor and contract management, with a good understanding of cost control dynamics

- Confidence and professional standing in interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners

- High level of autonomy, ownership, and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset

- Fluent English and Italian, with availability to work on‑site (approx. 20–40%) across OverIT Italian offices
