**Do you love being part of a successful Manufacturing Team?** **Are you passionate about Quality in Manufacturing?** **Join our Production Team** As Operations Supervisor you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans. Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards. **Fuel your passion** As Operational Supervisor you will be responsible for: - Make sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)
- Promote a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority
- Support talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns)
- Verify the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function
- Collaborate with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity
- Make sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation
- Support operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department; Support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
- Support line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD ) **Show your passion** To be successful in this role, you will:



- Have a Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant expertise
- Have a HSE Training as “Preposto”
- Be fluent in Italian and English
- Be a High-energy and self-motivated person, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities
